Today I had occasion to see Rory for an emergency treatment for a gold crown that had decided to detach itself after 50 years. (I was a patient at a different practice back then). Rory was wonderful, skilful and expertly explained his strategy and procedure. Very reassuring indeed as he reattached the offending crown. He was even three steps ahead of my questions and was offering answers before I was about to make my next inquiry.
